Domestic Abuse Service Center
A service office within the Hennepin County Attorney’s
Office, providing direct services, legal referrals and
education to victims of domestic violence.

Police Community Relations Council
An advisory council comprised of representatives
from the GLBT, African American, Native American
and other traditionally marginalized communities, the
result of a federal mediation agreement between the
Minneapolis Police Department and the city’s community
leaders.
