Bart J. Cannon, Ph.D.
Web Developer

OutFront Minnesota Web Developer Bart J. Cannon has held his current position since 1999, when he created the organization’s website. Bart has overseen the growth of website capacities, including the unique “district finder” allowing visitors to find their state lawmakers. The website has also been honored as “Best Web Site” by Lavender magazine.

As OutFront Minnesota’s Web Developer, Bart is responsible for content updates, creating and managing online donation and membership functions, and technical aspects of the site. Bart also spends a portion of his time writing grants and performing other fundraising work.

Before becoming Web Developer, Bart served as OutFront Minnesota’s Public Policy Coordinator from 1996 to 2001. Bart holds a Ph.D. in political science from Miami University in Ohio and a Master’s in government from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
