Domestic Abuse Service Center

A service office within the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, providing direct services, legal referrals and education to victims of domestic violence.

You can report a hate crime or an incident of harassment using a simple online reporting form.

Police Community Relations Council

An advisory council comprised of representatives from the GLBT, African American, Native American and other traditionally marginalized communities, the result of a federal mediation agreement between the Minneapolis Police Department and the city’s community leaders.
