Connie Kauppi
Information and Volunteer Resources Manager

OutFront Minnesota Information and Volunteer Resources Manager Connie Kauppi began her relationship with the organization as a volunteer in the winter of 2002 and was hired on as a staff member in July of '02. Connie now oversees the work of hundreds of volunteers each year, helping to marshal the talent in the community for political organizing as well as data entry and other important tasks that help further the work of OutFront Minnesota.

Connie is also responsible for managing OutFront Minnesota’s extensive database for purposes of political organizing, volunteers, and fundraising. She holds a music degree from Macalester College in St. Paul and is a member of the Minnesota Association of Volunteer Administrators.
