About Our Legal Program:

The OutFront Minnesota Legal Program,

• Offers trainings, consultations, and written materials regarding legal issues of interest to the GLBT community for community members, legal professionals, employers, faith groups, and others
• Provides referrals to legal professionals across Minnesota with the skills and willingness to help
• Assists attorneys with research and other support in GLBT-related cases
• Appears as "friend of the court" in appellate settings
• Works with administrative agencies to develop GLBT-sensitive policies
• Identifies opportunities to strengthen state and local human rights laws and to develop Minnesota equal-protection doctrines
