Nat (they/them) joined the OutFront board in March 2020. They serve on the Governance and Finance Committees and are also a part of the Education and Training Committee of the Trans Titans. Nat earned a Geography degree from Macalester College (St. Paul, MN) after four years of exploring the ever-elusive question of why things happen in the places they do. They have worked as a program and curriculum developer in alternative and place-based education, a trainer on group dynamics in business practices, and a paraprofessional in the public schools. Nat is currently serving as the Board Administrator for the Field Academy and working towards a teaching license in social studies. They live for democratic processes, bring a critical lens to power analysis, and are most proud of their arsenal of cooperative games.
