Anna Min is a community connector, nonprofit professional, artist, and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in working within a variety of advocacy efforts, community development and socio-economic justice in Minnesota.
A native of Minneapolis and a graduate of South High School and Macalester College, Anna has served on the executive boards of District 202, Rainbow Health Initiative, PFund Foundation, and currently serves on Macalester College's Alumni Board. Anna's service also includes various grant committees, including the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota’s Social Change Fund.
Among Anna’s longtime clients and community connections include Headwaters Foundation for Justice, The Quorum Foundation, PFund Foundation, the McKnight Foundation, the Minneapolis Foundation, Springboard for the Arts, The Loft Literary Center, Minnesota Prison Writing Workshop, the Playwright’s Center, VocalEssence, Northern Lights, RECLAIM!, Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, the Minnesota Humanities Center, and Environmental Initiative.
As owner of Min Enterprises Photography, Anna has championed observation, collaboration, and experimentation in the creative arena. These themes are the same values that Anna centers when working with nonprofits and communities, whether it’s consulting on fundraising strategies for BIPOC inclusion or presenting on wellness and inclusive practices.
Being out and active with numerous LGBTQ community organizations over her career, Anna is delighted to serve as the new interim Executive Director of OutFront.
