This person will create a vision for OutFront’s online presence and lead its digital campaigns. They will organize people and build power online around campaigns like ending conversion “therapy,” trans justice, and electing pro-equity leaders.

The Policy and Community Organizer supports and coordinates OutFront’s electoral and public policy programs to advance LGBTQ+ equity across the state. This position is responsible for coalition management and base building. The right candidate will have a strong urge and ability to develop leaders and mobilize LGBTQ+ folks and allies to win elections and advance LGBTQ+ protections and rights. The intern will learn about the inner workings of a non-profit organization, gain experience working on a development team, build concrete fundraising skills, and produce results that make a real difference for LGBTQ equity.
