At Hope House of St. Croix Valley, we understand the unique challenges and needs of those living with critical illness, especially HIV/AIDS, and we’re dedicated to providing holistic care that focuses on physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

We provide educational programs, resources, and consultation to health care organizations with the goal of optimizing quality, cost-effective health care for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and all sexual and gender minority (LGBTQIA+) people.

For more than 145 years, we’ve successfully partnered with families and individuals to remove barriers and clear the path for success for those who have experienced deep poverty and trauma.

Our mission is to create spaces for connection, community, education and advocacy for LGBTQ+ people, our allies, and our neighbors.

Canvas Health’s compassionate clinicians are dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and recovery to the people we serve. We help children, adolescents, adults, and families find ways to heal as they cope with mental illness, substance use disorders, and crisis situations.
