Two Spirit

Plume is the first health technology company built for the transgender community, by the trans community. At Plume, we provide safe, expert, and affirming hormone replacement therapy through the convenience of a smartphone guided by a team that is mostly trans themselves.

Our vision is to make gender-affirming care available to anyone, anywhere. We will continue until we improve healthcare for every trans life. Plume is available to anybody 18 years or older who desires medical hormone therapy to feel more in line with their gender identity.

Living Table is a community of people who are on a spiritual journey. We seek to follow the radical teachings of Jesus that focus on liberation and justice for all peoples. We have a diversity of perspectives on who Jesus is and was, but we are committed to embodying the love he taught, love of neighbor and self that is unconditional.

A space for youth in Brainerd to meet and share their thoughts, make friends, find support, and have fun.
Meetings are at 5pm on Tuesdays, and last for two hours.

As Minnesota’s only LGBTQ+ masters swim team, our mission is to provide a safe, affirming community for LGBTQ+ athletes, promoting health and fitness through swimming in the Twin Cities area. MN Ice is officially registered with US Masters Swimming (USMS), as well as IGLA (International LGBTQ+ Aquatics).
